Land Application with Staging Spatial

This dataset describes land application records linked with staging or draft parcel spatial references from DMS. Staging parcels represent parcel records that are not yet fully registered.

The relationship is based on matching LAPMOS land application number with DMS staging parcel application number after format cleaning.

This dataset is provided for discovery, reference, data understanding, spatial review, and historical monitoring only. It includes the data dictionary, sample structure, weekly summary statistics, and historical summary statistics.

Actual land application and staging parcel records are restricted and are not directly downloadable from GeoTamu. Access to detailed records requires formal request and approval from the relevant data owner.
