Registered Title and Subsidiary Title

his dataset describes LTIS title records linked with registered parcel information, subsidiary title details, ownership type, owner reference, rent, area, registration, and title status information.

The relationship is based on matching main title records with subsidiary title records using TITLE_NO, and matching registered parcel records using title_num.

This dataset is provided for discovery, reference, data understanding, and historical monitoring only. It includes the data dictionary, sample structure, weekly summary statistics, and historical summary statistics.

The dataset structure may include title number, title type, title status, registered parcel reference, parcel area, rent information, location, district, owner type, owner name reference, subsidiary title number, parcel number, parcel share, registration date, and validity period.

Actual title, ownership, and parcel records are restricted and are not directly downloadable from GeoTamu. Access to detailed records requires formal request and approval from the relevant data owner.
